Marrow & Tide
Wood-fired cooking from the Encinitas coast
Wood fire, coast, season
Marrow & Tide is a wood-fire restaurant a block from the beach in Leucadia. We cook whole fish and whole animals over oak and almond wood, and we buy from the boats at Oceanside and the farms in the North County valleys. It is loud, it smells like smoke, and the bar opens early.

The chef's counter
Two ways to do it. The chef's counter seats ten facing the hearth, with a set menu cooked in front of you, from a $1,200 minimum. Or take the whole room: seventy seats, Sunday through Wednesday, from $9,500. Tell us the date and what you're marking and we'll come back with what's possible. Write to events@marrowandtide.example.
